That’s all well and good if it works out that way. I arrived in the afternoon at my first stop then waited in line and rushed around from gate to gate for 2hours and I certainly went to bed at regular time. Every night. Did everything to exhaust myself mentally and physically for 2 days. Did not help.

Jetlag cure I swear by when I used to travel Sydney-San Fran regularly. Arrive during the day, walk for 2 hours in sunlight, drink coffee to stay awake till regular bedtime if you have to. Then go to bed at regular bedtime and repeat next day.
